King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSH) has won the Best Recruitment & Onboarding Strategy category at the HR Summit and Expo (HRSE) KSA Awards 2026, recognizing its efforts to transform its recruitment and onboarding system and redesign the talent journey from recruitment and hiring through onboarding and integration into the workplace, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate among high-performing employees.
 KFSH has transformed its recruitment and onboarding system with a focus on creating a more integrated and seamless journey for candidates and new employees. This includes enhancing recruitment and hiring processes, improving the onboarding experience, and strengthening employee readiness from the outset, as part of an approach that connects talent attraction with recruitment quality and effective onboarding.
