21 Care Centers Provide Round-the-Clock Services to Worshippers at Two Holy Mosques

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque operates a comprehensive network of 21 care centers dedicated to serving pilgrims and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques 24 hours a day, seven days a week, helping them perform their rituals in a safe and tranquil environment.
 The centers offer a wide range of services, including guidance and awareness to help pilgrims reach their destinations and understand the rituals, responses to inquiries in multiple languages, lost-and-found services, luggage storage, and dedicated care for priority groups such as older people and people with disabilities. They also receive lost individuals and provide care until they are reunited with their families, contributing to safety and peace of mind for all visitors.
