KSrelief-Supported Prosthetics Center in Yemen's Marib Serves 612 Beneficiaries in February

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) supported the operation of the prosthetics and rehabilitation center in Yemen's Marib Governorate that provided diverse medical services in February to 612 beneficiaries who lost limbs.

 A total of 2,495 services were delivered, with males accounting for 65% and females 35% of beneficiaries. Displaced persons represented 81%, while residents accounted for 19% of the total. Services included the manufacturing, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs, as well as physiotherapy and specialized consultations.

 The program is part of the ongoing humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to enhance the health sector's capabilities and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
