TGA Launches New Route for Autonomous Vehicles in Riyadh

 The Transport General Authority (TGA) launched a new route for autonomous vehicles in Riyadh to transport passengers, linking Hayat Mall and Riyadh Gallery, as part of its plans to expand the operation of this service across several locations in the Kingdom and support the adoption of smart solutions in the transport sector.
 TGA noted that the vehicles will operate daily under direct regulatory and technical supervision, providing a safe and innovative transport experience for beneficiaries.
 This launch follows the implementation of the previous phase, which saw several routes operational. The vehicles completed more than 1,700 trips and transported over 3,000 passengers. They covered a distance exceeding 30,000 kilometers, underscoring the initiative's success and the readiness to expand the service and launch additional routes in the near future.
