Saudi Red Crescent Official Receives GCC Civil Service Award

Saudi Red Crescent Authority's (SRCA) General Administration for Volunteering Director Munerah Alhamzah has received a civil service and administrative development award from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in recognition of her leadership in institutional volunteering and emergency medical services.
The award recognizes Alhamzah's contributions to spearheading transformative digital initiatives, including the SRCA digital volunteering platform, its volunteer incentive program, and Al-Mustajeeb App. Under her leadership, specialized emergency volunteer programs were expanded nationwide and deployed during the Hajj and Umrah seasons, engaging over 332,000 volunteers across 152,000 initiatives and surpassing 8.3 million logged volunteer hours.
