KSGAAL Conducts ‘Hamza’ Test in Collaboration with Saudi Cultural Mission in Fairfax, Indiana University Bloomington
The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) has conducted the academic "Hamza" test at the Saudi Cultural Mission in Fairfax and at Indiana University Bloomington during its scientific program in the United States this April.
This initiative is part of the academy’s partnerships with educational institutions outside the Kingdom and aims to implement its specialized tools for assessing Arabic language proficiency.
Secretary General of KSGAAL Dr. Abdullah Al-Washmi explained that administering this test in person in the United States represents an extension of its international application and reflects the reliability of the institution's tools in evaluating Arabic language learners. He noted that cooperation with cultural missions helps expand the official use of educational tools and assessments developed by the academy.
The test is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and assesses four main skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
The implementation of the "Hamza" test in the United States is part of a series of international applications carried out by the academy in various countries around the world, as part of its efforts to provide reliable, standardized linguistic tools that support Arabic language education and the evaluation of its outcomes both within and outside the Kingdom.
