Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Continues Inspection Tours Ahead of Peak Pilgrim Arrivals

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues its field inspection tours to monitor the readiness of service sites as pilgrim arrivals to the Kingdom increase, enhancing compliance and improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

 The tours covered pilgrims’ accommodations, hospitality centers, catering facilities, transportation services, and reception and grouping sites, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and relevant authorities. They aimed to ensure full operational readiness and verify compliance with approved requirements related to accommodation, catering, transportation, guidance, and support services.

 Teams from the compliance center are documenting field observations, referring them to the relevant entities, and following up on response and processing measures, while prioritizing sites directly linked to the arrival phase, accommodations, and hospitality centers during the current period.
