 
			
			
		Najran University Wraps Up International Conference on Smart Technologies
Najran University concluded the International Conference on Smart Technologies and Reliable Systems (SmarTRS) yesterday. The event was organized in collaboration with the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Oman and the University of Portsmouth in the UK.
The conference attracted significant international participation, with speakers and researchers from universities and research centers both within the Kingdom and abroad.
Participants presented 68 research abstracts and 13 scientific posters, alongside numerous panel discussions and specialized workshops.
Recommendations included enhancing research collaboration among universities and institutions locally and internationally, exchanging expertise in smart technologies and reliable systems, and promoting the transformation of research outputs into practical solutions. They also emphasized the importance of aligning future research with national priorities in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in digital transformation, sustainability, energy, and smart education.
