Ministry of Human Resources Launches Initiative to Provide Integrated Services for Pilgrims at Jadidat Arar Border Crossing
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched an initiative aimed at providing an integrated system of services for pilgrims arriving in the Kingdom through the Jadidat Arar border crossing, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
The initiative seeks to accompany pilgrims from their arrival until their departure, through diverse services including reception and organization, Saudi hospitality, and gift distribution, reflecting the values of generosity and welcome for which the Kingdom is known.
The initiative gives special attention to the elderly and persons with disabilities by providing equipped transport and specialized personnel to offer support and assistance, ensuring their comfort and ease of movement.
In the area of voluntary work, the initiative works to recruit, train, and assign volunteers to various tasks, including providing meals and gifts to pilgrims, enhancing service quality and enriching the experience of pilgrims.
