ZATCA Completes Comprehensive Preparations at Customs Ports to Receive Pilgrims

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) finalized its operational preparations across land, air, and sea customs ports to receive pilgrims arriving in the Kingdom for Hajj.
The preparations are part of an integrated ecosystem to ensure smooth and efficient entry procedures.
The authority said efforts focus on strengthening customs facilities, deploying qualified personnel, and using advanced technical capabilities to improve processing speed and service quality.
Measures include upgrading arrival halls, designating dedicated routes for pilgrims, and enhancing capacity to manage increased traffic during the Hajj season.
ZATCA also coordinates with relevant authorities at entry points to ensure smooth movement.
These efforts reflect the Kingdom’s commitment to facilitating pilgrims’ journeys by providing efficient services from arrival through completion of entry procedures.
