Public Prosecution Council Approves Sending 79 Members for Legal Studies

The Public Prosecution Council held its session today, chaired by Attorney General and Chairman of the Public Prosecution Council Khalid Al-Yousef, where it discussed several agenda items and approved organizational and administrative decisions, including those related to developing and training competencies, promotions, transfers, and secondments.

 In the area of legal development and training, the council approved sending 79 members of the Public Prosecution to study for the Higher Diploma in Legal Sciences at the Institute of Public Administration. The initiative develops investigators' scientific and professional capabilities and enhances their efficiency in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

 The council also approved the promotion of several Public Prosecution members and the transfer and secondment of others to meet work needs and optimize the utilization of expertise across various prosecution offices.

 The council discussed several organizational and administrative matters related to the work of the Public Prosecution and made the necessary decisions in accordance with applicable regulations and bylaws.

 The council's decisions are part of the Public Prosecution's ongoing efforts to develop its work system, invest in human competencies, raise institutional performance efficiency, and enhance the quality of prosecutorial work.
