REGA to Participate as Legislative Sponsor at Cityscape Global 2025
The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will participate as a legislative sponsor in Cityscape Global 2025, scheduled for November 17–20 at the Riyadh Exhibitions and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh.
The event, under the theme “The Future of Urban Living,” will see broad participation from government entities, developers, investors, and experts from around the world.
REGA’s participation comes within its central role in developing the regulatory environment of the Saudi real estate sector, enhancing its investment appeal, and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
REGA Official Spokesperson Tayseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufarrej stated that this year’s participation reflects the qualitative developments in real estate legislation, regulations, and services.
He emphasized that the event serves as a leading global platform to showcase achievements over recent years, build new partnerships, and exchange expertise with top international experts and real estate developers from over 100 countries.
This year’s Cityscape Global will feature more than 450 exhibitors and 500 international speakers, along with a series of specialized sessions and interactive platforms showcasing the future of real estate development, modern technologies, and smart cities.
The event stands as one of the leading global platforms for exchanging expertise, exploring best practices, supporting the growth of the real estate sector, diversifying the national economy, and enhancing Saudi global competitiveness.
