KSrelief Concludes Saudi Noor Volunteer Program to Combat Blindness in Sri Lanka’s Hambantota

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) concluded the Saudi Noor Volunteer Project to Combat Blindness and the Diseases that Cause it in the city of Hambantota in Sri Lanka.
Running from November 3 to 8, the project involved examining 4,500 cases and distributing 600 pairs of eyeglasses. The KSrelief volunteer medical team performed 503 specialized eye surgeries during the period, all of which were successful.
The initiative is part of the Kingdom's volunteer medical projects carried out by the KSrelief to bolster the healthcare sector and aid patients with eye ailments in sisterly and friendly countries in need.
