Commerce Minister: Commercial Register, Trade Names Laws to Facilitate Business, Ease Burdens

Minister of Commerce Majid Al-Kassabi affirmed that the new Law of Commercial Register and Law of Trade Names will help facilitate business and reduce burdens on commercial establishments, in line with the Kingdom’s ongoing transformation under Vision 2030.
 Al-Kassabi congratulated the business community on the implementation of the laws and their associated regulations.
 The Ministry of Commerce announced last Thursday the enforcement of the Law of Commercial Register and Law of Trade Names and their associated regulations, as well as the resumption of related services for the business sector. The laws were updated to align with recent legislative developments and support the evolving commercial landscape.
