Arab Parliament Condemns Israeli Occupation Forces' Bombing of Syria's Koya
The Arab Parliament condemned the Israeli occupation forces' bombing of the town of Koya in the Syrian Arab Republic, which resulted in casualties and injuries.
In a statement issued today, the parliament emphasized that the continued attacks, compounded by the international community's silence, embolden the occupation to persist in such violations, which flagrantly violate Syrian sovereignty and undermine the security and stability of both Syria and the broader region.
It called on the UN Security Council and influential countries to fulfill their responsibilities by halting these violations and holding the Israeli occupation accountable.
The parliament also expressed solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic in the face of these brutal attacks, reaffirming its support for Syria's right to protect its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as well as its people's aspirations for peace and stability.
