"Our Pride is Our Nature" Resilience, Wisdom, and Transformation

As the Kingdom celebrates its 96th National Day under the evocative theme "Our Pride is Our Nature",   "عزنا بطبعنا"it presents to the world a compelling narrative of sovereignty, stability, and ambitious transformation. From the foundational unification achieved by King Abdulaziz Al Saud to a modern powerhouse, the Kingdom continues to shape its destiny with unyielding confidence.

Navigating Geopolitical Storms: Firmness and Strategic Leadership

The Kingdom’s impressive journey of progress has not been insulated from a highly volatile regional ecosystem. Over recent years, the Kingdom has navigated complex geopolitical and economic crises, most notably the U.S.-Iran conflict and its far-reaching implications for regional security.

Threatening factors included direct attacks from Iran, its loyal terrorist militias in Iraq, and ongoing aggressions by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia.

Under the guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Kingdom confronted these security threats through a calculated policy: wisdom in evaluating complex geopolitical dynamics, combined with decisive firmness in safeguarding national sovereignty and core interests.

- National Security First: Protecting territorial integrity and global energy supply chains with maximum military readiness.

- Diplomatic Authority: Asserting the Kingdom’s position as a global stabilizer and an indispensable mediator for regional peace.

Proof by Numbers: Vision 2030 Realized

Parallel to its security posture, the Kingdom executed a historic economic evolution. Under Vision 2030, real-world data demonstrates unprecedented structural growth across multiple indicators.

- Economic Independence: Non-oil GDP contribution surged past 50% of total real GDP, driven by non-oil revenues exceeding SAR 450 billion.

- Global Investments & Mega-Projects: Annual Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows crossed SAR 96 billion, accelerating development across NEOM, Qiddiya, and Red Sea Global, while welcoming 100+ million annual tourists and 13.5 million Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.

- Sustainability & Human Capital: Over 60 million trees planted via the Saudi Green Initiative, Saudi unemployment dropped below 7%, and female labor participation reached an unprecedented 35%.

Shaping the 21st Century Landscape

Ultimately, the 96th Saudi National Day affirms that the Kingdom is not merely an energy or economic titan, but an anchor of geopolitical stability and a global trailblazer of modernization.

By harmonizing its deeply ingrained identity beneath the banner of "Our Pride is Our Nature" with calculated firmness in safeguarding national security, the Kingdom executes Vision 2030 with unparalleled momentum.

As the world watches its giga-projects and economic metrics unfold, Saudi Arabia—under its decisive leadership—continues to author a monumental chapter in contemporary history, proving that regional security, innovation, and sustainable prosperity flow directly from the land of the Two Holy Mosques to the world.
