Al-Aan Palace: Architectural Masterpiece in Najran Attracts Visitors During Eid Al-Fitr

Al-Aan Palace in Najran Region is attracting locals and visitors during Eid Al-Fitr with its stunning views and unique architectural style.

 The palace, a key destination for both tourists and official delegations, welcomes visitors from 3:30 PM to 8 PM during Eid days, offering insights into the region’s rich architectural heritage, traditional crafts, and cultural history.

 Perched on Al-Aan Mountain, the palace provides breathtaking views of palm farms, traditional villages, the historic Raum Castle and Abu Hamdan Mountain, creating a captivating scene that beautifully blends with modern architecture.

 Al-Aan Palace, built in 1100 AH, consists of four floors designed in a unique style that reflects the identity and history of the Najran community. It is constructed from clay, with ceilings made from wood, palm trunks, and fronds, as well as sidr and athel trees, while surrounded by several circular and rectangular towers for protection.
